About the Course:
It is a set of Spiritual Practices like Yoga and Preksha Meditation which have been developed on the basis of His Holiness Acharya Mahapragya ji’s books: ‘Bheetar ka Rog, Bheetar ka Ilaaj (भीतर का रोग, भीतर का इलाज) and Tum Swasth Rah Sakte Ho (तुम स्वस्थ रह सकते हो).
